I was very pleased with the service department. My only complaint is the fact that GM is now charging a 3 percent fee when we use a credit card (I have a GM card). Once again the big companies are taking advantage of the customers.

Was told that they would get back to me. Never happened. That was Friday. Had to go out of town on Sunday. On a wim l stopped by on Saturday. Mr Torok was kind enough to squeeze me in thank you.

The dealership was able to get my car in in an emergency situation, so I was very appreciative of this. Was updated on most work done to the car. There were a few things that I didn't know they were doing to the car and just appeared on my invoice. Also, the "Fees" need to be explained as to what they are and in the final invoice as well. When I arrived to pick up my car, the "Fees" we added to the total/the invoice I was emailed didn't match the one when I arrived due to the "fees". Also, I spend almost 5 thousand dollars thought they would at least wash my car. Not sure if the car wash was broken or not an option anymore but was surprised.

I made an appointment for an oil change and filter. I did not have to wait. Everything was done to perfection. I was able to use my coupon and that made me very happy. I live in Arizona and purchased the vehicle unseen. Luaay Haddad (sales associate) was absolutely outstanding. He was understanding, patient and professional throughout the process. He sent photos of the vehicle to assist in answering my questions and kept me updated right up until the vehicle was placed on the transport - which Luaay helped me find - and left the dealership. He even made sure both my myGMC App and Onstar was working. Tony (I think he is the General Manager) was awesome as well. He walked me through the purchasing process and the paperwork. He made me aware of the extended warranties and other options I could purchase with the vehicle taking the time to explain each one. The entire experience was exceptional. Well, the sensors they replaced didn't last 24 hours. Not really the service department issue, but definitely a GM issue. Secondly.........it's the 3rd time they've not inflated my tires correctly. I understand that 35 used to be the norm. But with this 25 model it is 41 psi in the tires. I have informed them twice. Received the car back on Saturday.......forgot to check and sure as hell they were at 35. I had to stop and pay $3.00 FOR AIR!!!!

I was blown away by the customer service I received from the service department at Joyce. I recently purchased a 23 Yukon Denali from another local GMC dealership (Morris in North Olmsted) and had an absolute awful experience so much so that I would not trust them to accurately or honestly fix my car in any capacity, or even touch it for that matter… My engine light came on while i was driving home and I called Joyce right away since I live in Avon and my husband got his truck from there. I spoke with Brandon Watson who was incredible, he was super thorough and knowledgable, he even got me scheduled right away. I dropped off my vehicle the next morning and Brandon was keeping me informed every step of the way, set realistic expectations on the timeline of parts/service and a general idea of when my car might be done plus he was always so friendly! I appreciated the text link to view additional information online. The service employee was respectful of my vehicle and didn’t move my seat or mirrors around or leave the interior dirty as i have experienced in the past with my previous vehicle. Moving forward I will only trust taking my vehicle to Joyce for all my service needs. After buying a premium product you would expect a premium experience and that is exactly what I got at Joyce!

I had an issue with my 2024 GMC Terrain they got me in the next day, diagnosed and fixed the issue.

I have been dealing with the dealership for at least 25 years if not more. I feel like I am being treated as family. Everyone is professional helpful, and I always feel that they have my best interest in mind.

I drive from the east side of Cleveland to have my Chevy serviced by Joyce because the treat me fair. The dealer that sold my the truck doesn't care to do the service needed to keep the truck in good shape. That dealer is right next to Joyce so it's kind of funny, guess I should have purchased a GMC. I purchased a used GMC Terrain on Wednesday 12/10 and by the time we drove from Avon to Vermilion, the tire pressure on 2 of the 4 were low. My husband filled the tires and the problem continued. The service team was able to get us in by Friday morning but only corrected one of the tires. My husband had to go back to have the other tire corrected. He wasted quite a bit of time from work doing this back and forth. Unfortunately, since purchasing the car we have had issues with the tires, brakes (squeaking), and poor detailing (white residual all over). Our sales guy, John, was great though!!

Dont know if this is a Joyce thing or a GMC thing! Since I took delivery of the Yukon I've complained about the audio cutting out 2 - 3 times for a few seconds every time the vehicle is started. Joyce service tried several times to fix with no success. I mentioned it to Reuben again on Tuesday when I was in for an oil change. He advised there is an update available but since I was no longer in my btb it would be $200. After complaining it was lowered to $50 to do the update......but he couldn't guarantee the fix. Needless to say, I didnt do the update......Ridiculous that I have to pay to fix a problem that was there since day one!!!

I went in for my first maintenance service for a new vehicle. Everything was good. It was very fast and efficient. I had no problems whatsoever.

My service writer is the absolute best in the industry. Very professional in all aspects of the service industry and very knowledgeable about the customers needs.

Everything went great-when I got home I had to change a few settings on my car (no problem) while I was doing this I noticed my PSI numbers were low on my tires. Light didn’t come yet so I figured they’d fix themselves with the cold. Yesterday, sure enough light came on, PSI is low. I spent over a grand there and no air in the tires?! I was a little disappointed with that-otherwise, everything else was fine!

Ethan Christopher is a standout! You can’t ask for a better representation of the dealership! He is friendly, professional, communicative, knowledgeable, caring! Dealer service is like root canal, no one likes it, but it has occurred. When you have guys like Ethan meeting you at the rolling doors the customer knows that they are going to be taken care of in the best way possible.

Prompt service

Service technician did not make any attempt to repair the vent control issue and instead wanted to order a whole new vent panel at great expense to me, the customer. Said the part was broken which it is not. Just needed the panel removed and the vent control knob reinstalled. BTW, they would have to remove the panel anyway to replace with a new panel. Vehicle is still in warranty and this problem should have been fixed.

Pat made the process very easy. Very knowledgeable about all the different trim and options available. Told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen.

The staff was very friendly and I thought helpful, until I paid 4k to “fix my car” an I picked it up to still have the exact same issue that was there when I dropped it off. they quoted me more than what I got done and I told them, fix th problem that will make my car run since it doesn’t want to start sometimes and I’ll fix the other small issues later (since dealerships way overcharge anyways I couldn’t get it all done at once) as soon as I get to the parking lot to leave in my “fixed” car it has th same issues. So I spent 4k on what exactly?

Easy to schedule, Service manager knowledgeable and explained everything.

This was our first experience with the service department and definitely the best service we've ever received from any auto dealership. Friendly, informative and timely. We purchase out Buick in October and cannot say enough good things about the entire dealership.

Did not fix problem

Got a flat tire(front driver side) and was covered under my warranty. They were able to plug tire from inside and have been monitoring pressure since and seems all good. Was only at dealership for about an hour total and walked in with no appointment. The only thing I didn’t care for was the ai that answered phone and was not helpful at all

Service was speedy and everyone was polite and kind!

I had a flat tire on the road. It was changed with; the assistance of GMC/AAA. I brought the flat immediately info the dealership, thinking I'd need to buy a new tire. The young man who met me as I drove into the service area (whose name I don't have) looked at the flat tire and said it could be repaired and I wouldn't need to buy a new tire! He took me to one of the service writers who confirmed that the tire could be repaired. It was repaired for a lot less than a new tire would have cost. It was extremely refreshing to have a service organization do the right thing for the customer rather than the most profitable thing for them. I'm very happy! Thanks to that young man and the service writer!
