The whole experience was easy. I made the appointment Tuesday Morning for Tuesday afternoon. The Joyce team member who helped me kept me informed and gave me options for new tires.

Brought my envision in for a routine oil change. Was unable to go through their sensor machine. I recently had my rims done so I knew I had no scuffs or damage and they are black so easy to tell. Car has been parked other than taking to Joyce for the maintenance. Haven't driven since. Noticed huge scuff mark on driver front rim. Wasn't there before service and couldn't have happened after due to car being parked in my driveway. I call up the service department spoke with Mike and let him know what happened. He spoke with manager Brian Kaufman and Kaufman proceeds to say if there is no proof we are not doing anything about it. No walk around done when I was there to go over any blemishes on my car. Very disappointed in service. I guess I have to take my car elsewhere where they won't damage it.

Everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful. Jim Judge has helped us with our car purchases and leases since the early 90’s and we consider him a trusted friend.

Fast service

Had my breaks replaced last August And bought tires there. Spent almost $3,000. The rotors began warping last month so back to the dealership. Yes you replaced all 4 at no charge but it’s a pain to have to come back and sit there for 3 hours. I asked also for a tire rotation and a few other items and was charged $24.00 for the rotation when all 4 tires would have already been taken off. I was also charged $25 in fees for what? Just seems like your service department have become extremely money grabbing hungry. I was told when I bought the tires that rotation would be included. Not happy to say the least.

The brand new Envision had a bad taillight. Rather than make me good back to the dealer for an ordered part the General manager authorized a taillight switch. I was back on the road a half hour later. That is exceptional service in my book!!

Really confused about the trade in thing right now! You only get the online deal if you have a trade in or you really have to negotiate to get a fair deal. Salesman hurried through the set up of the car features after the purchase was final.

we've only had the car 6 months and we have been to the dealer more than 4 times, remote didnt work from sale of car, computer display issue, ngine light problem resulting in replacement of injector, brand new radiator from mechanic damage when fixing injector, Now computer display issue again. Probably put on 400 miles just driving back and forth. Thats a lot of problems in a brand new car.

This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I was initially sold on one configuration, but when the car was delivered, it lacked one of the options we had discussed and agreed upon. When I brought this up, your salesperson attempted to mislead me with conflicting explanations - first claiming the missing option wasn’t available in the delivered AWD configuration, and later stating it was available but came at an additional cost on the AWD configuration...implying it was included at no extra charge in the FWD model I test-drove and used as the basis for the deal. Ultimately, I had to pay more to get the car I originally expected, which felt very much like a bait-and-switch. To make matters worse, before I even took delivery, your carwash damaged the brand-new vehicle, requiring bodywork and repainting. Needless to say, I won’t be using your complimentary carwash service any time soon. The only positive part of this experience, if I had to list something, was working with Todd Meek. He was professional, courteous, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire ordeal.

The service and communication was great. the repair was great. No issues. When i got there to pay; I was told there was a 3.5% surcharge to pay with a credit card. This was not disclosed. I did not have my check book or cash for the repair. I have never seen this surcharge from a dealer before, especially of a company the size of Joyce Buick. I believe a free oil change is deserving.

Prompt, efficient and courteous. However, Joyce Buick/GMC keeps finding ways to nickel and dime their customers. Most recent example, charging 3% for using my GMC credit card. Nonsense! Extortion for every penny.

Great efficient clean and nice friendly people. In and out under 1 hr.... Yet my quote on phone at appt booking and when keys give 45 dollars and whne paying 79 dollars? Had a Buick Joyce 10 dollars off 50 or more coupon and he stated my service was already discounted enough. Was not rude but would not take coupon. In past was accepted by my mom. This was her vehicle 2019 envision she passed of cancer stg 4 in 2024. Not sure why this happened.

Typically I feel like buy a car can be a hassel and a long process. Well, I certainly didn't feel that way when I purchased my car! The team made this as quick and easy as I think it could go. I did have to come back two more times but that was my own fault. if I had all the information when I came in the first time I probably wouldn't have had to come back again lol.

Very happy with service Performed however when I went to pay with credit card they added 3%. It would have been nice to know this prior. Perhaps when I booked the appointment or when they send reminders out about your up coming appointments.

Truck looked great at pick up time until I got it in the Sun. Ceramic coating was applied over paint over spray and scratches and was finished in a day done very quickly and it shows. The body shop that performed repair work did a horrible job. It's unfortunate because I really like the vehicle now I just want it gone!

I was very pleased with the service department. My only complaint is the fact that GM is now charging a 3 percent fee when we use a credit card (I have a GM card). Once again the big companies are taking advantage of the customers.

The dealership was able to get my car in in an emergency situation, so I was very appreciative of this. Was updated on most work done to the car. There were a few things that I didn't know they were doing to the car and just appeared on my invoice. Also, the "Fees" need to be explained as to what they are and in the final invoice as well. When I arrived to pick up my car, the "Fees" we added to the total/the invoice I was emailed didn't match the one when I arrived due to the "fees". Also, I spend almost 5 thousand dollars thought they would at least wash my car. Not sure if the car wash was broken or not an option anymore but was surprised.

Michael Torok went above and beyond in helping me to change my mind on your Service Department. I had a problem with my truck. I called service and was put on hold . Was told that they would get back to me. Never happened. That was Friday. Had to go out of town on Sunday. On a wim l stopped by on Saturday. Mr Torok was kind enough to squeeze me in thank you.
