we've only had the car 6 months and we have been to the dealer more than 4 times, remote didnt work from sale of car, computer display issue, ngine light problem resulting in replacement of injector, brand new radiator from mechanic damage when fixing injector, Now computer display issue again. Probably put on 400 miles just driving back and forth. Thats a lot of problems in a brand new car.

Pat O’Brien took great care of all my needs when choosing my new Buick Envision. He was very knowledgeable about the Envision and listened carefully to what I was looking for. We went on a test drive and he pointed out all of the great features of the car. I was also interested in the GMC Terrain which I was currently driving a 2019. He pointed out similarities and the differences and that helped me out tremendously. Sean was very supportive and helpful in my choice. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I was initially sold on one configuration, but when the car was delivered, it lacked one of the options we had discussed and agreed upon. When I brought this up, your salesperson attempted to mislead me with conflicting explanations - first claiming the missing option wasn’t available in the delivered AWD configuration, and later stating it was available but came at an additional cost on the AWD configuration...implying it was included at no extra charge in the FWD model I test-drove and used as the basis for the deal. Ultimately, I had to pay more to get the car I originally expected, which felt very much like a bait-and-switch. To make matters worse, before I even took delivery, your carwash damaged the brand-new vehicle, requiring bodywork and repainting. Needless to say, I won’t be using your complimentary carwash service any time soon. The only positive part of this experience, if I had to list something, was working with Todd Meek. He was professional, courteous, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire ordeal.

Everything was fine except I asked not to have my car washed. It was written on the paperwork and the technician still washed the car. Also, I sat in a small amount of oil in the driver seat and it ruined my shorts.

The service and communication was great. the repair was great. No issues. When i got there to pay; I was told there was a 3.5% surcharge to pay with a credit card. This was not disclosed. I did not have my check book or cash for the repair. I have never seen this surcharge from a dealer before, especially of a company the size of Joyce Buick. I believe a free oil change is deserving.

My cats issued were identified and resolved in the same day. I’m so glad they had all the parts needed on hand. Communication was transparent and friendly and informative.

Prompt, efficient and courteous. However, Joyce Buick/GMC keeps finding ways to nickel and dime their customers. Most recent example, charging 3% for using my GMC credit card. Nonsense! Extortion for every penny.

I also had help from Jim, who drives the same suv that I purchased, so he had knowledge of all of the features it had. It was a good overall experience.

Typically I feel like buy a car can be a hassel and a long process. Well, I certainly didn't feel that way when I purchased my car! The team made this as quick and easy as I think it could go. I did have to come back two more times but that was my own fault. if I had all the information when I came in the first time I probably wouldn't have had to come back again lol.

Very happy with service Performed however when I went to pay with credit card they added 3%. It would have been nice to know this prior. Perhaps when I booked the appointment or when they send reminders out about your up coming appointments.

Truck looked great at pick up time until I got it in the Sun. Ceramic coating was applied over paint over spray and scratches and was finished in a day done very quickly and it shows. The body shop that performed repair work did a horrible job. It's unfortunate because I really like the vehicle now I just want it gone!

This was her vehicle 2019 envision she passed of cancer stg 4 in 2024. Not sure why this happened.

I was very pleased with the service department. My only complaint is the fact that GM is now charging a 3 percent fee when we use a credit card (I have a GM card). Once again the big companies are taking advantage of the customers.

The dealership was able to get my car in in an emergency situation, so I was very appreciative of this. Was updated on most work done to the car. There were a few things that I didn't know they were doing to the car and just appeared on my invoice. Also, the "Fees" need to be explained as to what they are and in the final invoice as well. When I arrived to pick up my car, the "Fees" we added to the total/the invoice I was emailed didn't match the one when I arrived due to the "fees". Also, I spend almost 5 thousand dollars thought they would at least wash my car. Not sure if the car wash was broken or not an option anymore but was surprised.

Mike took great care in reviewing the issues with my Truck. Your team of technicians performed routine maintenance on my truck and also discovered that the root of the problems that were occurring was failing batteries. I made an appointment for an oil change and filter. I did not have to wait. Everything was done to perfection. I was able to use my coupon and that made me very happy. While I was waiting, I received text messages that let me know what was going on and when the work was completed. It was extremely professional.

I was in dire straits when the repairs to my old vehicle were not cost efficient. I was able to get fair trade-in value, find a new vehicle, and have everything signed, sealed, and delivered within my self-imposed tight timeframe. Todd Meek, the sales manager, helped me smoothly transition from my old vehicle with friendly and professional service. He took good care of me and my family.
